Abstract
The report summarizes the effort to design, fabricate, test and demonstrate a Low Cost NDRO Aerospace Memory (General Purpose Silicon Nitride Memory). The result is a feasibility model that can be operated either manually or under computer control. The unit demonstrates the feasibility of a non-volatile general purpose silicon nitride memory.
