Experimental Programs for Nonnuclear Weapon Protective Systems.

Abstract

Areas of nonnuclear weapon effects and protective systems in which additional experimental investigations are needed are discussed. A rational approach to determine the priority by which these areas should be investigated is developed. Example test programs for the two highest priority areas thus determined are outlined in terms of test objectives and scope, test procedures and desired results, and resources required. (Author)
