New Synthetic Methods for Silicon-Nitrogen Polymers

Abstract

Silicone-nitrogen polymers are prepared by the condensation polymerization.Viscosity, hydrolytic and thermal stability of polymers are investigated.Infrared spectra of polymers are presented. Several approaches are describedfor the preparation of phenyl substituted cyclodisilazane monomers, and some additional investigations of equilibrium redistribution reactions are reported.
