Hardware Cost Growth.

Abstract

This study was undertaken to provide one of a series of reports containing guidebook material for life cycle cost analysis of weapon systems in the US Army Materiel Command. The report objective is to examine and resolve current policy, procedural, and technique inconsistencies that actuate and encourage 'growth' of hardware costs. (Author)
