Abstract
Annex L supports the Technical Summary and is restricted to the functional application of Communications Planning at division, corps, and field army. This application includes the initiation, evaluation and dissemination of operational and administrative communications requirements and the development of plans to satisfy these requirements. Detail information is maintained on the disposition, status, and activities of communications resources of the command. Annex L describes the data base, input and output formats, transaction processes and estimates transaction loads and data base volume.
