Identification and Estimation of High Cost or High Risk Elements.

Abstract

The report is concerned with the uniform application, according to set standards, of the principle that the effort and attention devoted to cost elements of an estimate should be proportionate to the influence the elements have on total cost. Such applications can then serve as the basis for data development and cost models and will be acceptable to users of the estimates. (Author)
