Formation of Thin Single-Crystal Films of Silver Sulfide,

Abstract

Experimental results referring to the formation of thin monicrystalline films of silver sulfide are presented. The best results have been obtained by the epitaxial growth method; heated alkali halides substrates have been used. The experimental conditions are presented. The obtained orientation is in good agreement with previously reported data. (Author)
