InAs Photodiode Mosaic.

Abstract

The report describes the InAs charge-storage photodiode infrared vidicon target and presents some of the preliminary experimental results obtained with these diode array targets, with an electron beam. As such InAs charge-storage photodiodes have high breakdown voltage and low reverse current, the photodiodes exhibit high-gain, high-speed optical performance when operating in the reverse-bias mode. Some of these results are also presented in this report. (Author)
