Systems Research for Radar, ECM and Communications Systems.
Abstract
The objective is to define 'where' the Navy is going in electronic systems development and 'how' to get there, i.e., what is realizable as a future system and what supporting research is needed to implement this realization. It is anticipated the systems research herein will lead to the possible future realization of sophisticated systems being simple in nature and reliably performing numerout electronic functions in an automatic fashion. The system definition will be based entirely upon mathematical functions and operations. (Author)
