Electroreflectance. Part 6. Electroreflectance Spectra.
Abstract
Line shapes of electroreflectance spectra calculated for inhomogeneous perturbation of the reflecting medium agree quantitatively with surface-controlled measurements at the fundamental direct edge of germanium. Transverse electroreflectance measurements show that both the magnitude and the spectral shape of the response are polarization-dependent. (Author)
