Structure and Modus of Multiplication of Animal Viruses. II. Morphology and Biochemistry of Virus-Infected Cells,

Abstract

The changes occuring in virus-infected cells as observed in the light and electron microscope are described. Factors are discussed that have an influence on the cytopathic effect. Biochemical aspects of virus multiplication are treated in a discussion of works on biochemical investigations of the virus-infected cell and the inhibition of virus multiplication. (Author)
