Long-Wavelength Pulsed Response and Leakage Current of Pin Silicon Detector.

Abstract

The PIN SILICON DETECTOR RESPONSE TO Nd:YAG pulsed laser sources if discussed in sufficient detail to enable the design, specification, and testing of silicon diodes for target designation and range-finding applications. Measurements, explanations, references, and comments are presented to enable the reader to decide what silicon diodes can and cannot do in such systems. (Author)
