Study of Integrated Circuit Traveling Wave Amplifier Technology.

Abstract

The report describes work accomplished on an experimental and theoretical study of integrated circuit traveling wave tube amplifiers. The traveling wave tube amplifiers that were studied during the program are designed for use in an airborne electronically scanned microwave aperture.
