Design of Integral Sensor Test System.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to define the requirements for integral sensor test systems that can detect and evaluate basic electronic parameters on a continuous on-line monitoring basis. The results are to be applied toward the development of a specification that will provide qualitative and quantitative guidelines to design engineers for the implementation of integral sensor testing techniques to future microelectronic equipment and systems, to drastically reduce downtime in electronic systems.
