An Evaluation of a Proposal for Career Progression within the Logistics Career Area.
Abstract
To insure that the career progression concept meets the needs of the job, specific career development guides are provided in Air Force Manual 36-23. One notable exception is that of the logistician (AFSC 004X). In this study a formal, comprehensive career progression concept designed to remedy this problem is presented. Additionally, applicable Air Force policies and procedures were evaluated with respect to implementing the concept. (Author)
