Integrated Target Control System AN/USW-3(XN-1)(V).

Abstract

The report is the sixth of six interim engineering reports relating to the development of an Integrated Target Control System (ITCS) for tri-service applications. When developed, the ITCS will be used for remote and relay control of target drone and pilotless aircraft by the Army, Navy and Air Force. The ITCS is a variable system, defined by an assemblage of control stations, sets and units, whose scope and function may be extended or contrasted through the addition or deletion of stations, sets or units. Variation and definition of the system is directly related to the operational requirement, qualified by mission or location. This six th report reflects updating and refinement of the information submitted in the last five reports. (Author)
