Systems Research for Radar, ECM and Communications Systems.
Abstract
The objective of this effort is to define where the Navy is going in electronic systems development and how to get there, i.e., what is realizable as a future system and what supporting research is needed to implement this realization. It is anticipated that the system research herein will lead to the possible future realization of systems capable of performing several functions in an automatic fashion. The system definition is based on mathematical functions and operations.
