AGILE Missile System Safety Engineering Plan.
Abstract
A plan is presented for safety engineering to be applied to the AGILE missile system development program. The plan outlines those tasks to be performed during the remainder of the advanced development phase and throughout the engineering development phase of the program. The culmination of the effort will be a recommendation to the Weapon System Explosives Safety Review Board (WSESRB) with regard to the safety release of the AGILE weapon system. (Author)
