Project Whirlwind. Volume 17. High-Speed Switches

Abstract

High-speed switches have many applications in the Whirlwind computers. Such switches will be found in the time-pulse distributor, the operation-control and the storage selection. Another application of switch techniques occurs in the connection between the accumulator flip-flops and the carry flip-flops.
