Preconditioning and Screening Requirements, AIM-9L Electronic Components.

Abstract

This technical note provides requirements for the use of ER and TX grade electronic components on a specific missile program, and lists available ER/TX military specifications for commonly used components. Also provided are guidelines for the preparation of specifications for nonstandard components, if used, to assure quality levels approximating ER/TX. (Author)
