Selected Uniform Cost Factors: A Manual for the Army Materiel Command.

Abstract

This report is designed as a manual for weapon system costing for the US Army Materiel Command. It furnishes selected uniform cost factors for use usually in the early stages of system development. It is intended for use with a companion publication on cost estimating relationships. Factors covered are transportation, petroleum, oil and lubricants, integrated logistics support, data, personnel, project management and initial spares and repair parts. (Author)
