Abstract
This report provides a computer program which permits manipulation of a mathematical cost model of vehicle systems, and provides a simple but comprehensive operating manual. The program (GETPHI) was written in conjunction with a RAC study of cost-effectiveness of a helicopter fleet (vehicle system). It is intended to be used as a program in itself, but may be utilized as a subroutine to the program MIXCOST. This report serves as a users' manual for GETPHI and MIXCOST and provides the user with an understanding of the mechanics of the programs.
