Systems Research for Radar and Communication Systems.
Abstract
This report describes an integrated radar-communication system based upon a conventional communication transmitter and receiver. With a change in waveform and antenna, the system performs as a radar with excellent sensitivity. The system is first defined in terms of N port networks and then described in radar-communication system terminology. The report concludes with recommendations for antenna and data processing programs as needed supporting research. (Author)
