Azimuthal and Time Variations of HF Noise.

Abstract

This paper describes the acquisition and analysis of azimuthal noise data collected at the Bondville Road Field Station. Noise levels in 12 directions were measured for ten one-day periods. The data were collected in four - minute samples at hourly intervals, at frequencies of 5, 10, and 15 MHz. The details of a similar basic data-collection scheme are outlined by A. Weeks. The experimental configuration used for the collection of the data presented here is in Appendix A. (Author)
