Senior Officer Debriefing Report: Senior Advisor, Quang Nam and An Giang Province, 12 Jan 1971-11 Jul 1972

Abstract

Prior to the initiation of the current NVA offensive, there was evidence that there was increasing committment to the GVN. There is continuing evidence of increased committment in spite of the current situation. Development programs, particularly RTV, are continuing despite the fact funds for this program have not been received. This is a sign of confidence in the government and its capability to provide security.
