Subminiature Broadband Filters.

Abstract

The major goals of the first phase of this program are to design and develop a low insertion loss bandpass filter using conventional acoustic surface wave Transducers and to design and develop a wide-bandwidth, unidirectional transducer. The design of the low-loss filter, which is based on a design procedure developed at Texas Instruments, is presented in this report. The unidirectional transducer required fabrication techniques that are described in the last part of the report. (Author)
