Status report 1 July 1972 - 31 January 1973,

Abstract

In this report experimental data relating transducer ceramic heating to input electrical power are presented. The low level input impedances of two test staves were measured as functions of frequency for several temperatures. Experimentally measured curves of the ceramic temperatures occurring in the two test staves are given for various electrical drive conditions. Some general observations pertinent to the design of high power projectors are discussed. (Author)
