Abstract
Volume III presents a communications systems plan, signal organization, and a transition plan for the mid range time frame (1976-1982). Volume III is to be used as an interim planning base for Department of the Army and to provide a study vehicle for on-going CDC studies for the mid range time frame. The interim communications systems plan, signal organization, and transition plan contained in this document may be modified when Phase II of the INTACS study is completed. (Author)
