Back Order Quantity: A Measure of Support Effectiveness.
Abstract
This report describes the basis for examining and determining the effects of various characteristics of the support of ground support equipment peculiar to Avionics equipment. It is a measure of effectiveness to enable the user to determine the degree to which test equipment is being supported as characteristics vary. (Author)
