Simplified Color Process.

Abstract

The C and C Simplified Color Process has been formulated which reduces dramatically the total time and number of processing steps required to completely process Kodak High Speed Ektachrome. This Simplified Color Process requires a total of 18 minutes processing time at 85 F and seven processing steps to achieve sensitometric values and color balance equivalent to that obtained when High Speed Ektachrome is processed by the E-4 process which requires a total processing time of 56 minutes at 85 F and twelve processing steps. In addition, this Simplified Color Process allows for considerable increases in the processing latitude both in time and temperature. (Author)
