Software Design Plan for the Optical Signatures Code.

Abstract

The software development documentation for the current version of the Optical Signatures Code (OSC-II) and the revised version (OSC-III) is given. This code can be used to obtain target optical signatures, target irradiance values, natural background signatures, atmospheric transmission values, and sensor NEFD and S/N values. (Author)
