Abstract
The document presents preliminary analysis of the variable camber wing flutter and divergence characteristics. Discussion of flutter and divergence criteria are included with the analytical analysis. Leading and trailing edge skin gauges are determined, however additional work is required to establish minimum skin gauges. (Author)
