Air Pressure Transducer Evaluation.
Abstract
An evaluation of piezoresistive air-blast pressure transducers was conducted for the purpose of establishing their operational characteristics and performance limitations. The evaluation included static and dynamic tests, with emphasis on environmental survivability testing. In many instances, the transducers were tested beyond their manufacturer's specifications. The Kulite transducers exhibited the best overall performance. (Author)
