Integrating Micropower Radar and Motes

Abstract

Distributed wireless sensor networks hold great promise as an enabling technology for a variety of applications. Distributed target tracking is one such envisioned application for sensor networks. In this paper, we develop a ranging and tracking model using commercially available micropower impulse radars integrated with small computing and communicating devices called motes.
