Abstract

This month there were two events that highlighted some of the activities of Navy Medicine Research and Development. During the Surgeon Generals Leadership Forum, Dr. David Neri from the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery provided an excellent overview of some of this past years accomplishments entitled From Ebola Response to a Malaria Vaccine. On May 14, Frank Kendall, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics hosted the first Pentagon Lab Day.
