Military Preparedness

Abstract

Is the military prepared? is a question in the back of minds of many of our national and senior military leaders. To Congress, the answer to that question provides a benchmark of confidence in the military leaderships ability to address threats to national security interests. For senior military leaders, it is a question that underpins the quality and quantity of trained and ready forces provided to combatant commanders.
