This report describes the procedures used to develop the instrument, design the sample, conduct the survey, process the data, and prepare analysis weights for the 2013 Workplace and Equal Opportunity Survey of Active Duty Members. The survey analysis file layout and variables (both basic and confidential) are outlined.
