Reflections magazine is authorized publication for members of the Department of Defense to provide a forum for the open exchange of ideas and information pertinent to equity and diversity practitioners; and to foster a closer bond among them and the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute. Views expressed by individual authors are not necessarily the official views of or endorsed by the U.S. Government, the Department of Defense, or the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute.
