Management of DoD Irregular Warfare (IW) and Security Force Assistance (SFA) Capabilities

Abstract

In accordance with the authority in DoD Directives (DoDDs) 5124.02, 3000.07, and 1322.18 and the guidance in DoD Instructions (DoDIs) 5000.68 and 3000.05, this issuance establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides procedures to identify and manage DoD personnel with skills, training, education, and experience related to IW and SFA.
