High-Order Multi-Resolution Multi-Dynamics Modeling for FLEAT

Abstract

Our long-term goal is to explain and quantify multiscale interactions at abrupt topography among flow systems, vortices, internal tides and slope currents, by using and developing high-order multidynamics HDG schemes for accurate process studies and by using and improving downscaling and two-way nesting schemes for realistic simulations and dynamics analyses.
