Introduction: VOIP is becoming the smart way to embrace expanding broadband technology. Alexander Graham Bells telephone of 1876 has evolved over two centuries to become an integral part of DoDs operations providing incidental communication to command and control of some of the most lethal arsenal on earth. Does VOIP change the paradigm of telephony in the 21st century? And, if so how do we adapt to IP Telephony(IPT)?
