Abstract

As resource managers, our business is not turning a wrench to move the chassis frame to the next station. Rather, we work in a white-collar environment. Our job is to enable our senior leaders to make informed decisions early in the decision-making process and to ensure high-priority requirements are funded to meet the capabilities needed to keep our service members alive.
