Hands On Keyboard: Considerations for a Cyber Weapons School

Abstract

The United States Air Force has recently taken great strides in establishing an effective cyber warfare component. Nevertheless, there remains a significant amount of work to fully integrate the cyber mission into the Air Force. That effort includes the need for a well-developed Cyber Weapons School (CWS) to provide graduate level training and serve as the Air Force's cyber training flagship organization. The question this paper attempts to answer is how this proposed Air Force Cyber Weapons School should be structured in order to develop highly effective network warfare specialists.
