Rescue of TET2 Haploinsufficiency in Myelodysplastic Syndrome Patients Using Turbo Cosubstrate

Abstract

During this period we made a library of putative 2-oxoglutarate (2OG) analogs. This library is used to enhance the activity of TET2 enzymes from MDS patient. Our results shows that the activity of TET2 can be dramatically modified using 2OG analogs.
