Cyber Capability Development Centre (CCDC): Proposed Governance Model

Abstract

The Canadian Department of National Defence/Canadian Armed Forces (DND/CAF) currently lacks the ability and resources (both technological and personnel) to quickly evaluate and validate cyberoperations concepts and solutions to counter the rapidly evolving cyber threat. Consequently, the Cyber Capability Development Centre (CCDC) is proposed as an agile and effective cyber Science and Technology (S and T) service capability for research, experimentation, test and evaluation, demonstration and training to support the needs of the DND/CAF and other departments across the Government of Canada.
