Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System-Increment 1 (DEAMS Inc 1)

Abstract

The Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) is a key part of the United States Air Force (USAF) solution to achieving the Fiscal Year 2010 National Defense Authorization Act auditability requirement by 2017. It transforms financial management processes and systems of the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), its components, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, and the USAF, to include USAF Guard and Reserve Units. The scope of the DEAMS Program includes financial administration of the Transportation Working Capital Fund and the USAF General Funds.
