Company Level Commander Development In The US Army

Abstract

This research paper looks at how combat arms officers in the United States (US) Army are prepared for company level command and how it can be sustained and/or improved. The two schools primarily responsible for preparing combat arms officers for company level command are the Field Artillery Captains Career Course (FACCC) and the Maneuver Captain's Career Course (MCCC).
