On the Leadership Journey: 30 Conversations about Leading Yourself and Others

Abstract

In early January 2014, I was putting the final touches on this book. My laptop was open, and I was doing some fact-checking. Then, I became curious and asked myself, If I type leadership books in this search engine, how many hits will I get? I went ahead and typed the words leadership books. The computer's thinking circle came up in the middle of the screen and started turning. Then, the response to my query came up: 504,000,000 results in 0.22 seconds. Wow! I knew the number was high, but that high504 million?! There are countless titles out there. Why then would I go on a long journey to write this book? Its simple. I want you to be, not just a good leader, but a great one! I want to enrich your life, so you can in turn enrich the lives of others. Imagine if all of us develop this aptitude and act with this purposeour world will turn into a dwelling of blessings.
