Airframe Digital Twin (ADT), Delivery Order 0001: Prognostic and Probabilistic Individual Aircraft Tracking (P2IAT), Volume 1

Abstract

Task 1 developed a methodology to automatically generate flight spectra that is statistically similar to twelve example flights provided as Government Furnished Information. Task 2 developed Version 1.0 of the P2IAT process and identified the main sources of uncertainty. Task 3 developed a Bayesian updating procedure that fuses current-state health assessments produced by models. Task 4 developed fleet management criteria for both safety and economic strategies and a decision-making process. Task 5 demonstrated the end-to-end P2IAT process using randomly generated and gap-filled flight data from the statistically derived flight spectrum.
