Focus Group Guide

Abstract

The Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) website, located at www.deomi.org, provides a variety of tools and information to support conducting a focus group and the climate assessment process. This guide was developed to provide assistance to leaders in conducting a focus group. It is not intended to be all inclusive and methods and strategies discussed within it may be tailored based on unit needs and desires.
